MISS VENICE
The Miss Venice is our flagship vessel. She is a 40 foot custom built Marine Sea Harvester. She was built on the Gulf for service in the Gulf. She is wide, boasting a 14 foot beam, providing plenty of fishing room for everyone on board. The Miss Venice is a comfortable, stable, solid, fast and roomy vessel. She is complete with an AIR CONDITIONED CABIN with seating for 18 people. Also, pay attention ladies, she has a FULL SIZE RESTROOM.
The Miss Venice is United States Coast Guard inspected and approved to carry 18 passengers out 100 miles out into the Gulf of Mexico. She is outfitted with all the required safety equipment, ( life jackets, EPIRB, (automatic positioning device), life rafts, VHF and SSB radios, fish / depth finders, GPS, radar, etc...). She goes through United States Coast Guard required daily, weekly, monthly and yearly inspections all to ensure you a safe fishing experience. Her captains and crew are all CPR and first aid certified.
The Miss Venice is powered by two Cummins 6BTA 5.9 liter 310hp diesel engines. She has a Yanmar power plant generator.
You do not need a fishing license or permit when you go fishing on the Miss Venice.
The Miss Venice has a State of Florida Fishing License that covers everyone onboard while she is fishing in Florida waters. She also has all of the required United States Federal Fishing Permits to cover everyone onboard while fishing in Federal waters. No matter where the Miss Venice takes you fishing in the Gulf of Mexico her license and permits cover you.
The Miss Venice is a drug free vessel. We comply with all United States Coast Guard captain and crew drug testing requirements. Our Captains and crew are subject to mandatory drug testing without prior notice at anytime.
